A. Camera-Ready Submission Procedure

The camera-ready process involves preparing the final version of your manuscript after incorporating all feedback from the reviewers and any desk review feedback (if applicable). No changes to the author list or affiliations are permitted at this stage. All steps must be completed sequentially via the EDAS system.
Final Submission Checklist

● Submitting Final Camera-Ready Manuscript (PDF eXpress)

Note: The file upload sequence must follow the above order. Each file can only be uploaded after the previous one has been successfully submitted.

Step #1: Submit Response to Reviewers

Please complete the Response to Reviewer’s and Desk Reviewer’s Comments template. Upload a completed Response to Reviewer’s and Desk Reviewer’s Comments form to the designated column on EDAS. This document must detail how you have addressed each reviewer’s and desk reviewer’s comments. Reviewer’s and desk reviewer’s comments can be accessed through your EDAS dashboard, and while desk reviewer comments are sent to the registered authors’ email addresses together with the acceptance notification.

Failure to adequately respond to comments may lead to the paper’s exclusion from the conference and IEEE Xplore publication.

Step #2: Submit Pre-Camera-Ready Manuscript

Step #2 cannot be done without completing Step #1.
Upload the revised manuscript to the ‘Pre-Camera-Ready (MS Word or LaTeX’ column on EDAS.
● Microsoft Word Users: Submit the .doc or .docx file.
● LaTeX Users: Compress all necessary files (.tex, .bib, figures, style files) into a single .zip archive.
Note: PDF files are not accepted at this step.

Step #3: Presenter Registration

Step #3 cannot be done without completing Step #2
Deadline for Early Bird Registration: September 4, 2026. Regular registration rates apply after this date. Step #3 opens on August 28, 2026.
If you are the presenter of multiple accepted papers, please register your first paper with either professional or student registration. Any second, third, and subsequent papers must be registered in EDAS as extra papers by the same author who has completed the registration of the first paper.

Please follow the instructions corresponding to your participant category:

Participant Category	Procedure
International Participant	a. Complete your registration and payment via the invoice issued in your EDAS account. b. Upload the signed IEEE eCopyright Form (ECF) to the ‘Copyright’ column on your EDAS dashboard.
Local Participant	a. Complete the Local Presenter Registration Form available at: http://ugm.id/jointconference2026. Upload the signed IEEE eCopyright Form (ECF) to the ‘Copyright’ column on your EDAS dashboard.

Step #4: Submit Final Camera-Ready Manuscript (PDF)

Step #4 cannot be done without completing Step #3.

Generate a compliant PDF using the IEEE PDF eXpress tool, by following this step. After verification, upload the final, certified PDF to the ‘Final Camera-Ready Manuscript (PDF eXpress)’ column on EDAS. Follow the provided instruction to obtain the verification of your final manuscript from IEEE PDF eXpress.

Some authors may encounter errors when uploading their camera-ready manuscripts in EDAS. If this happens, please refer to this link for guidance on how to resolve some common issues.

Step #5: Submit Presentation Material

Step #5 cannot be done without completing Step #4.
IBIOMED 2026 is an onsite conference. Prepare your presentation using the official IBIOMED 2026 PowerPoint template. Upload your slides in Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF (.pdf) format to the ‘Presentation material’ column on EDAS.
File Naming:
Please name your presentation file using the following format:
Short Paper Number [space] IBIOMED

Example: 29 IBIOMED

B. Important Deadlines

● Early Bird Registration Ends: September 4, 2026
● Final Camera-Ready Submission Deadline: September 18, 2026

C. Registration for Non-Presenters

Co-authors and other participants who wish to attend the conference may register as non-presenters. Local participants are required to complete the Non-Presenter Registration Form available on the conference website, whereas international participants should register via EDAS.

D. Publication in IEEE Xplore

All presented and successfully reviewed papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore® after the conference. Please note that a paper may be excluded from submission if:
● The final camera-ready submission and registration are not completed by the deadline.
● The designated presenter fails to attend the conference and present the paper in person.
● The final camera-ready manuscript does not follow the IEEE conference template.
