Note:

All registration payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been made and submitted, registration cannot be cancelled, and no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including withdrawal, inability to attend, or failure to complete the submission process.

The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and the banquet dinner, which will be held on the second day of the conference.

Student registration should be proven by valid student ID. Scanned student ID is submitted during online registration and the student ID should be shown during the Conference at the Registration Desk.

Member or Student Member of IEEE must declare a valid membership status e.g. a scanned of IEEE Member or Student Member card or other evidences during online registration.

The Extra Paper category is only applicable when added to a full registration (Professional/Non-Student or Student), and the additional paper must share the same author(s) as the primary registered paper.
